COAST GUARD CONDUCTS ICE RESCUE TRAINING LORAIN, Ohio -- Coast Guard Station Lorain will be conducting ice rescue training with a local fire department today at the rear of the station's building. Ice rescue and recovery techniques will be demonstrated. Station and fire department members will be conducting hands-on training to maintain current qualifications.
